2 tomatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together in a bowl except cheese. Cool at least 8 hours before serving. Serve over french bread and top with cheese. So yummy!
I'm looking forward to this :D
I find that seeded plum tomatoes work best. The batter doesn't come out juicy or watery. Yum
