super easy dinner tonight

I know most of us do not feel like cooking but I found a super easy recipe on Pinterest today and it was yummy.

What you need:
tortillias
shredded cheese
pizza sauce
whatever toppings you would eat on a pizza
butter

Take one tortillia and put a little pizza sauce on it (not too much or it comes out) then add your cheese and toppings. Take a second tortillia and place it on top. Add a little butter to a skillett and add your quesidilla pizza. Cook until brown on one side then filp. Once it has cooled some cut into 4 pieces. Warm some extra pizza sauce for dipping.
I also fixed a salad to go along with it.

Sounds yummy! Thanks! I'll probably try it Wed when dh is home...not much up to cooking even that much when he's working at night:)

I hate making pizza at home since it always means I will spend forever cleaning up the kitchen. The kids like cheese so theirs were easy to make. I made 5, one for each of us, and was done in less than 10 minutes. I think next time I may use wheat tortillias so it is a little more healthy but then again the flour ones are so yummy.

Yeah, pizza is mess and always ends up costing more than it costs to just buy it made! I would make it tomorrow but doubt I'll got to the store before Wed anyway. Do you think dh will like it? He loves pizza but is it too much like "kid food"? He does like tortillas(half mexican).

My DH is not big on kiddy food either but he actually liked them. I did canadian bacon and onions in his with a little less cheese so it was more crunchy. I think pairing it with a more grown up side like a simple salad makes it less "lets make the kids happy" food.

Ok cool...I'll give it a shot:) Dh isn't super-big on salads but it would definately make it more adult-friendly also. Thanks! I'll let you know how it goes over also:)
