Chicken fajitas/tacos (crock pot)
Chicken Tacos (easiest)
Bag of frozen chicken breasts
taco seasoning packet
3/4 jar salsa
4- 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast
2 1/2 cups chunky salsa
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on high 5-6
hours or low for 10-12 hours. Just before serving, remove fajita mixture with
spoon and shred chicken.
Place about 2 Tbsp of chicken mixture into tortillas and top with whatever you like (guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, salsa) [/QUOTE]

I do this all the time! I put a jar of Newman's Mango salsa in with boneless chicken and a can of black beans. I shred it and serve it over brown rice.
