extremely frustrated.
Due date is monday. My body just has no idea how to go into labor on its own. I am restless and irritable. I literally cannot even stand myself. How do I get this labor started!???? I so don't want to be induced yet AGAIN! HELP:-/

I don't know how to help you, but I hope you go into labor soon!

Re: extremely frustrated.
Evening primrose oil is suppose to help efface the cervix. I put 1 capsule 1000mg vaginally for 2 days and went into labor. I'm not sure if I would have anyways but its an idea.

They say that some cozy time with you and DH could get things going. :p

Re: extremely frustrated.
I'm due tomorrow as well, and feeling equally frustrated. For weeks now I've been feeling like something is about to happen, and then nothing does.

With DD I didn't lose my mucus plug until I was in labour and they had to break my water for me - apparently I have strong membranes. I went into labour with her the day before my due date...well...it's the day before my due date and nothing is happening except that I'm uncomfortable and cranky.

If nothing happens today, I'll go out and get some evening primrose oil. Tried to get DH to "help me out" but he's having none of that. I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea by the bucketful.

Hang in there hun, these babies have to come out eventually!

Hang in there, I know it's tough, my dd was 8 days past her due date.

Re: extremely frustrated.
With my first I was 12 days late. So far I am 3 days late with this one. When I go to see my Midwife this Thursday (at 41 weeks) I'm going to have her strip my membranes.

Re: extremely frustrated.
Oh also it maybe helpful to get on your hands and knees with an arched back. Even if she is head down she may not be turned in an optimal position. Getting on your hands and knees would encourage her to get into that position. You want her in LOA. Left anterior which is ideal.
