Wearing baby after a c-section?
So I was told to not lift anything heavier than baby for 6 weeks. This should mean I can wear her in my wrap or ergo right?

Re: Wearing baby after a c-section?
wearing your baby is not much different than carrying her. Go with what's comfortable. If your belly is still tender, avoid ones that sit low on the hips. Usually in my wrap she's up high (the rule is that baby should be close enough to kiss). I don't think it's an issue.

I would think you could go with what youre comfortable with. Carrying and wearing are virtually the same thing so I'd think its a no go but worth asking your doctor about.

I used the baby Bjorn carrier with Maddie when I had my c-section and didn't have any discomfort.
