now i get it
That hydration and pregnancy thing ain't no joke. I must've been more dehydrate d than I thought. I got down 16 bottles of water and a g2(which didn't affect my sugar) yesterday and I woke up feeling much better . No cramps or swelling! I learned my lesson now. Just because I stay in the air don't mean I don't have to drink as much.

Yep, have to drink the basic 8 cups for being human and then some for being pregnant. I'm not doing so well with that at the mo.

Glad you got it figured out! I abide by the 100 oz rule--at LEAST 100 oz per day. I've never gone until 120 oz when preggo. :)

I am glad you are feeling better! I dont know exactly how many ounces I drink a day but I think I am doing ok. I do worry when I sleep thru the night and havent had anything to drink. I always wake up really dehydrated.

I agree .. its something I learned this time around. First time I hardly drank any water.. this time if I dont drink much throughout the day I feel so dehydrated by the end of the night I end up drinking three glasses of water before falling asleep. Drinking a lot of water has helped me swell less and reduce my leg cramping.
