Leaking like crazy.
My left boob has been leaking like crazy for the past couple of days. It's suuuuuper annoying. I wake up in the morning and there's a big wet spot on my shirt, and I smell like soured milk.....so attractive. Then throughout the day it's just leaking so much. I haven't been wearing nursing pads because the plastic backing doesn't let my skin breathe, and the fabric ones stick to me which REALLY hurts when I try to take them off. I'm getting sick of having a wet bra/shirt though!

I'm sorry! That's really annoying. I was using the fabric ones for awhile because I was waiting for payday to buy more of my favorite paper ones, and every day I was leaking through the fabric ones, despite 4 layers of fabric...ugh. It's annoying going around smelling like old milk.
Have you tried the Lansinoh ones? They're my absolute favorite nursing pads.

I use the disposable Lansinoh ultra soft nursing pads. I've never leaked through them. I love them!

I was like that up until last week. I literally woke up soaked in breasmilk bc I had just stopped pumping but continued to exclusively breastfeed. It gets better soon. Now I stooped leaking. I also used the lansinoh pads..

I've been using the Medela nursing pads, I like them because they're thin....but they also have a plastic-y back I think, and my skin is always a bit clammy because it can't breathe properly.

Re: Leaking like crazy.
Maybe Lansinoh might be ok? I have never noticed my skin clammy with them, although of course my skin gets damp when my nursing pads are saturated with milk. Sometimes I have to change them more often when Kody throws off our nursing rhythm.
