back to the no sleep
as I work on X staying sleep in his own bed. Teething and wonder weeks is no help either ugh

Any helpful suggestions

At this age we just need to be consistent. So every night do the same thing for bedtime. Sometimes they'll get thrown off, like now when they're teething or sick or something. But he'll go back.

Yes, a consistent bedtime routine is key. Also here's a little tip which you might want to try.

Use a stuffed toy or ‘blankie’ which smells of mum!

If your baby wakes up during the night with his favourite toy or blanket next to him, it increases the chances he will return to sleep by himself. You can give this toy (or blankie) to your baby during his bedtime routine either for his last feed, or if you're reading to him. Also, make sure you place it in his crib for every nap. This will encourage him to form a relationship with it. This really helped my baby boy when he had some sleeping problems
