Well, I wouldnt be me if I wasn't having setbacks. Back to physio today. My hip was buggin' me... the ball in my hip catches on the rim of the socket... it was out of place about 2yrs ago... well this time it's being caused by a weak muscle in my bum lol... gluteus medius... it's not a huge deal or a big fix.
So, just need to do some excercises and follow up next week.
BUt no crazy workouts until it gets stronger. Need to prevent my hip from coming out again
