The only way your really going to know if you have had a miscarriage is if you go see a Dr. You need to do this anyways now that you have started having sex. If you have had a miscarriage look at it as a second chance to be responsible. By your reactions to being pregnant you are clearly not ready to be a mom and being 14 or 15, noone expects you to be. I hope things work out for you and I hope that you will go see a dr and maybe get on the pill or something because teen boys are just jerks trying to get sex any way they can and they will not hesitate to leave you if you get pregnant. I tell my 17 year old son to stay away from girls because you have all the time in the world to do that playing around later on. You will never be sitting in your rocking chair when your older wishing you would have started having sex earlier! Take care of yourself!
