Perhaps you are cutting to many calories and your body is going into starvation mode. I know that when you cut to much your body will store because its freaking out thinking you aren't going to feed it anymore. I tried some of those programs, herbalife, slimfast, body for life. I took some stuff from each of them and tried to make life changes. Like eating wheat pasta instead of white. Or whole grain rice instead of white. I love white
carbs. I am not great at it and you won't get it over night. These are things you have done your whole life and it takes time. Don't beat yourself up over it. Keep moving and eating healthy meals (snacks) 6 times a day. Get that metabolism moving. The bummer is if you are doing it to look like the ladies in the magazines it makes it harder.
What is your motivation for losing weight? Is it you that wants to lose weight, or is someone else pressuring you?
you can do this, just believe in yourself and that you are worth it to live a long healthy happy life.
