Unless your dog is on a special diet, such as the BARF diet or bland diet, the likelihood that "people food" they are getting being beneficial is unlikely.
Furthermore, feeding dogs from the table or from your plate weakens your position as the alpha member of the pack.
I feed my dogs a high quality, grain free food, made with human grade ingredients. I don't think most people realize how important proper nutrition is for their pets and, for those that do, I don't think most realize that the average store bought brands do not meet that criteria.
