I've already googled.
It could be something as simple as fighting a viral infection (which would explain why his white blood cells are elevated as well). Or something more serious. I'm leaning towards the viral b/c the other stuff doesn't make sense. jaundice, etc. I would call back but I think I'm just gonna wait to talk to the endocrinologist.
