Nice. I did a 3.45 mile walk/run. More walking than running but it felt good. Feeling sore now. Going to do strength training tomorrow morning before work.
Eating is always my downfall. But I was back down to 162.6 from 164 so that felt good. I am doing 4-5 days a week atm. Hopefully I can kick it back up to 6 days a week consistently.
That is great you are doing good eating wise. I know how tempting things can be
