What a rotten night all around!
DH had a kidney stone the morning after we found out we were pregnant with Kaija and he said it was the worst pain he'd ever felt. Hopefully your DH passes his soon and is on enough pain meds to stay comfortable for a little while.
I've never had a yeast infection so no advice there, but I can understand your hesitation just in case. I hated having to skip fertile days while TTC, it was always so heartbreaking to have that feeling later on "If we could have just done it that day..." GL!
