Once you get started and get a routine you will be great I am sure.
Ester snacking is good. If you eat a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner its better than just three meals a day. Eat 5-6 mini meals a day. It keeps your metabolism going.
I did my work out this morning and while I am tired its a different kind of tired. not the sluggish tired I was yesterday. I love doing morning workouts but this week isn't good for them. Next week will be better though
How did you ladies do for working out today? Any movement even 15 min is better than none at all
