Ester sorry you got a flat. Glad you got out there though.
Jess working out can help you sleep
I did an extra work out last night. I was feeling anxious it helped to calm me down. I am back up to 164, I think that 158 was a fluke thing or something. But on a good note my thighs are 2 inches smaller and my body fat % according to my scale is down .4%. So seems that things are changing just not the overall number very much.
Have you ladies done measurements?
