MY LO decided she needed to eat at the Peds office yesterday. It was my first time feeding in "public" and it went better than I thought. Just remember to RELAX. That is the hardest part for me.
One thing I'm doing is practicing nursing all around the house, on the couch, at the dining room table, etc. so I can get more comfortable with unique situations so I'm not afraid to take LO out into public. The hardest part so far is the covering up technique. I have one of the apron things but I'm still not skilled at doing everything under it.
