I have a wii fit. I like it ok but don't use it alot.
I am restarting my slim in 6 program Monday so I think that will help. I am also working on food. I have stuck to the work outs now time to tackle my bad eating habits. Baby steps.
Weight Loss Goals and Achievements
I posted some before and during pictures of the last three months if you ladies want to see how I am doing. My weight is stuck hence the food tackle but my body is changing.
