I'm about 5'8, normal weight before I got pregnant and this is my second baby too. I actually had somebody come in our store a couple of days ago and say "oh you look good, you've lost weight haven't you." DH says he can tell with clothes on, and I can definitely tell without clothes, but in my normal non-maternity shirts I don't think I look pregnant at all, maybe a little chubbier..but not pregnant. I'm only up 1/2lb from my starting weight as of my dr's appt yesterday though. So yeah..don't feel bad at all.
