Vaccinations: my kids were vacc'd on time, so I guess that makes me "for"
Sin Tax: ?
legalization of marijuana: doesn't really bother me either way
Universal Health care: I think the states should deal with this issue (ditto Tammy)
"performance pay" for teachers: ?
war: not "for", but support our troops regardless
Methods of birth control: Personal decision
How many kids people should have: not my decision
Vegetarian/eating meat: whatever individuals choose-I am a meat eater though.

circumcision: my DS is circ'd, but it's up to individual parents to make informed choices that are good for their family.
Fertility treatments/Assisted reproduction: for (we had to stop TTC due to expense)
Assisted suicide: personal choice
Illegal Immigrants *not immigration POLICY: I feel immigrants should come here legally, but I do realize it's very difficult to do that.

Shopping Carts: I use them and I put them in the cart corral.
Kids drinking soda/eating candy/poptarts for breakfast: not all the time, but occasional is fine.

Government involvement in citizens lives: I prefer limited involvment.
Seat Belt law/ laws to protect citizens from themselves: from a medical person standpoint, I prefer seat belt laws; other laws re
rotecting from themselves, I'd evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Unassisted Childbirthing: not my choice, but up to individuals
Plastic Surgery: for this, but I can't see the wisdom in going overboard; I have had reduction surgery and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Welfare: I'm for social programs when used as a temporary helping hand; not long term use if you aren't trying to better yourself.
dress codes for school/office: depends; seeing how some people seem to want to push the envelope, "guidelines" aren't out of the realm of possibility in my eyes. Especially for those that work directly with the public.
Elective C-sections/elective repeat C-Sections: Elective-no, unless there is an issue known ahead of time. Elective repeat-yes they are ok with me; if I had gotten pregnant again, I'd have scheduled one. (my DS and DD were both sections, due to fluke issues in labor)
Introducing solids: I don't know...the recommendations change all the time (ditto)
Car Seats: for
Children and Pets: supervised, I have no problem with
Nursing in Public: for
Cry it Out: Very much AGAINST
Television and Infants/Toddlers: no problem with it, within reason, timewise.
Caring for your elderly parents: I see my mom going through this now-and I am for it, although I know it's difficult and I would hope there would be help from siblings.

Homosexual orientation/relationships: whatever makes you happy

Infants/toddlers in bikini style swim suits: Don't care one way or another
Leash backpacks for kids: don't have a problem with these
Beauty pageants: Against
TV watching for kids under age 2: limited, time-wise
