Week 1 done! It's a rest day today. I am pretty sore, but the Recharge yesterday seems to have helped with that some.
August 5: Burn Intervals (hard!) and Ab Burner
August 6: Burn Circuit 3
August 7: 3 mile run, Burn It Off, Recharge, and cleaned the house
I am not going to be running a half marathon also. There were some problems with the race, and so even if it does happen, it's not going to be what was advertised. Instead, I'm making a monthly mileage goal each month. I want to get to my goal of 350 miles by the end of the year. I am planning 40 miles this month, 47 next month, then 49 after that.
