Went running today! Sat down last weekend and made a schedule on the calendar for myself to stick to for the next 8 weeks. That seems to help keep me going is having a routine, or schedule. I also have a goal to finish the C25K during this time. So from now until October 4th I am working out 6 days a week. I hope it works out. I am down 2 pounds since last week to 158 so that is exciting.
How are you ladies doing?
