4 small Boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Placechicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Slice 3 cuts on top of each chicken breast with a sharp knife.
Topeach chicken breast evenly with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips. Bake20 min.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 min. or until chicken is done.
