I do the EASY routine as well. For me it is easier to wait until he shows signs of being tired. There have been times i've put him down without signs such as yawning but that is because he will be super grouchy and i know it's because he's tired. He is usually only awake for 1-1 1/2 hours before going back down (longer in the evening) and only takes 30-45 min naps most of the time now. I've tried to switch things up to see if he would take longer ones but that's just how it is for now. I know when he gets older it will change into longer less frequent ones.
