Had a good week. Been using MFP for two weeks now. Logging food makes such a difference! Makes me so much more aware of my portions as well as what I decide to eat. Wish I had been doing this sooner- would have been so helpful!

Exercise is going great, did a lot of strength training this week so won't be surprised if I don't loose any on the scale this week. In another week Lucy will be 2 months old and I will do my measurements again. THEN I'll know how I'm really doing.
