Any breakfast cereal except puffed rice and granola. Have it dry or with only a little milk (no yoghurt!!)
Its not actually the breakfast cereal itself that sways. Its the fact you have breakfast really to keep your blood sugar up. (low blood sugar sways for a girl, this is why diets and no breakfast sways for a girl)
