Who's exercising or planning to start? I haven't done anything this week because I have been SO tired, but I plan on getting back into a routine next week. I usually run and do aerobics and weight training but I think I'm going to go for lower impact activities like walking and swimming. I also found a good prenatal strength training workout in Self magazine. All the stuff I have read says you can continue whatever you were doing pre-pregnancy but I don't have the energy to run.
Anyone want to be an accountability partner with me? Or is anyone starting a daily check-in thread where we list whatever exercise we did for the day? I know I will stick to it if I have someone to answer to.
