I have tried the Cups a few times in high School, but never could place it right! So I just gave up! If u feel like u can insert it, then it wouldnt hurt to try. Maybe get some Gloves for the removal!
I use tampons here also. I use Kotex Supers. They hurt like H E double hocky sticks to take out, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, But I just deal with it. and sometimesw I can feel it after its in there, then i have to pull it our and put a new one in.
