This may sound dumb-

but track everything you eat- start a small journal & write down everything you put in your mouth-

this will do a couple things for you-

1) figures out if you are getting/sneaking in extra calories you dont realize
2) looks to see- maybe you aren't eating enough - which can happen!
3) it will also hold you accountable-

but yes- it is frustrating to do all that work & not see results-
