Our in-laws continuously pressured us to "dedicate" our daughter. We just kept refusing or putting off the discussions and they eventually let it go. They also brought up sending her to a private Christian school a few times and we said "That's not what we're looking for for her."
We're cowards but it was honestly the easiest way to deal with it because of how they are. Since then we have casually mentioned numerous times that any decisions regarding HER future religion or lack thereof will be her decision and hers alone. They haven't objected but we gave them time and signs to warm up to it, KWIM?
