* What are your ultimate fitness goals?
Lose 20-25 lbs from what I weigh now.
* What is the reason for your goals?
I want to feel and look healthy.
*What is the timeframe you hope to accomplish this?
At MOST I want to lose this weight by the summer.
* What will you do to celebrate your successes? (it's important to do to keep momentum moving!)
I'm not sure. I usually reward myself with chocolate or something naughty
