Oct 31: I was supposed to go out tonight but I am exhausted! I think I walked at least two miles trick or treating with my kids.
Nov 1: c25k week 3 day 2
Nov 2: c25k week 2 day 2 (went back for a friend who is catching up)
Nov 3: jumping jacks and attempted sit ups
Nov 4: nothing! Urg.
Nov 5: c25k week 3 day 3
Nov 7: I guess I messed up- I did week 3 day 3 tonight. Oh well. I jogged the cool down though because I didn't feel like I'd had a good workout up to that point. And I made it!
Nov 15: Was out of town for the past few days so I haven't done a workout for a week! But I got through week 4 day 1. And I did fine, even ran the cool down because I saw my neighbors and didn't want to poop out in front of them.
The 3 minute segments were no problem, the 5 minute segments made me tired but weren't too much to do.
