I got one of these.
I clicked the link, even though I knew something wasn't right, and chrome told me it was a phishing site. I went to it anyways, just to see how they played it out.
It looks EXACTLY like pay pal, and they ask you to log-in. When you log-in is when they steal your info and take it out of the account. However, if you look in the address bar, its not www. pay pal . com. Its a different address, thats how you can always tell the real sites from the fakes. I've gotten something similar to this from a "bank" before.
