I can't believe how much you ladies have to pay!!! I am in shock.
And because I transferred to a hospital and had a c-section, I paid another $5,000 for me, and since they held our healthy baby hostage in the NICU to punish us for being homebirthers, we paid another $5,000. So all told, $13, 400 for the birth. We pay a far, far, far smaller portion of our income in taxes than y'all though.
