Taking an infant horseback riding

For me to take my infant horse back riding would be incredibly irresponsible and dangerous, to say the least. I've ridden a horse one time when I was five, with my uncle. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I have the opposite of skill and coordination.
However, someone who actually has skill, experience, and the necessary know-how to ride a horse safely - I don't think it's a big deal. We all drive cars with our children in them, and it's not considered irresponsible. It WOULD be irresponsible if we didn't know how to steer, or which pedal was which.
