I always get heart palpitations when my dosage is raised, as my body gets used to the stronger amount. But they usually go away after two weeks, so I've just figured that that was a normal reaction. I'm curious to see if others have the same reaction to upped dosages? To answer your question more specifically, the only thing I can think of is maybe your doc wants to up your dosage to get your TSH on the low end, instead of the high end, for pregnancy. I can't say for sure, since I developed thyroid disease AFTER pregnancy. You could request a copy of your most recent bloodwork results and check your levels. I am so sorry that you had to go through a miscarriage, and I hope that you will be able to get the answers you need for a healthy pregnancy!
