My two are 19 months apart, my oldest just turned 2 a couple of weeks ago. It's hard because he's all boy, into everything and super active. The baby kind of just gets dragged into whatever I'm doing with him but I do spend time just holding and interacting with him, plus we're still nursing so that helps.

Honestly everything doesn't get done every single day. I try to keep up but really there are plenty of days where a few things have to slide - laundry may get washed and dried one day but not put away till later, toys get put away at least 2-3 times a day but drug back out again, meals are super easy (crock pot or something simple and quick) and planned a week ahead of time. When one kid gets sick we usually all get sick, I try to keep things wiped down or sprayed off but it's useless.

As far as activities we don't do a lot of structured things, morning is free play, breakfast, more play, some books or music and an hour or so of cartoons until lunch. After lunch we usually go outside to play (unless it's raining) until he comes in for a nap. I usually end up using the oldest's nap as my downtime since I don't get much (we all go to bed around the same time at night). After nap it's a blur - daddy comes home, plays with DS1, plays with the baby, I make dinner, I do baths, play and read books, bedtime.
