Does anyone have any experience with either of these diet plans? I am pretty sure that getting to actual WW meetings isn't going to work for me (since the closest meeting is a 20 minute drive WAY of to the way for me), but I was contemplating signing up for the online program. Then I can across Spark People which looks similar, but is FREE. But I don't have experience with either so I have no clue the advantages/disadvantages of either.

It is not the time to officially get my rear in gear and get myself back into some version of shape and good eating. So I think I am also going to need someone to keep me on track in a big time way. Any takers??
