Diet is how I lost the weight, it was not from exercise at all. I eat a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet. I hate saying diet because it's not a diet for me, it's the way I will always eat (except for planned off days) even when I reach my goal weight.

If you are truely interested, I can give you some books or websites that you can checkout for more info and to really get the science behind it. It has really changed my life. I know that's corny but it's true.
