Oh, we will see how long my will power lasts. I can generally get through about a week of staying on track before falling off the wagon big time and not getting back on for months. So I am trying to build in days/nights off this time. DH and I are going out to dinner Friday night, and the plan is to eat what I want. And I am really not changing dinners at all - there is no way the rest of the family would eat like this. But I am trying to make/order healthier things and have smaller portions at dinner. If we have pizza this week (and I know we will) I am going to try to have one slice rather than 3, and a big salad to go with it.
