I think my least favorites always come from my father because he's a a-hole about it. He says things like...

"Your whole life is over now."
"Now you'll know all the things I had to give up because I was a parent."
"You're not financially ready to have a baby."
"You have no idea what you're getting yourself into."
"You're not that big yet, you're going to be huge when this is over, you're never going to look the same."
"I hope someone films the birth because you can't handle pain and it's going to be really funny to watch later."

It's like... really?! Why do you have to be such a jerk ALL THE TIME?! He's been a complete douche since I was a teenager, starting when I was about 13 he would pinch me and call me fat and chubby and tell me not to eat snacks because it looked like I was preparing for hibernation. I became anorexic and he would say how disgusting I looked. I started dating and he hated everyone. I got married and he was a jerk about that. I got pregnant and he didn't talk to me for 4 months. Now we're talking again and all he ever does is make these nasty comments ALL THE TIME.

He makes me want to crawl into a hole most days so I rarely talk to him. Like W T F.
