Jannell - if you hit a rut, try changing your diet. not necessarily less food, but if you eat different foods or at different times - or change your activity level - it can trick your body!

I'm down this week from 165 to 163.8 and I didn't follow yesterday (ran out of SlimFast) and the night before that I had that AMAZING mexican food I made. Yay! I really wanted to get close to 155 when I leave - If I can lose 2 pounds per week, I can get around 157-158 That's almost 10 pounds
