Mmmmmm . . . . It all sounds good. My favorite, easiest go to recipes are:

Chicken Macaroni Casserole
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken (I use one can of canned chicken to make it super easy)
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheese

Stir all ingredients together in order given. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.

Here's another one. Creamy Chicken Enchiladas:

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 8 oz container of sour cream
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce (I use Enchilada sauce because my family doesn't like the chunks)
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (Once again, you can use a can of canned chicken)
1 cup cheese
6-10 flour tortillas

Mix soup, sour cream, picante sauce, and chili powder. Mix 1 cup of the picante sauce mixture, chicken, and cheese. Spread the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in 3 quart shallow baking dish. Pour remaining picante sauce mixture over enchiladas. Cover.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. You can then top with tomato and onion if you want to.
