I had a placental abruption with my first pregnancy at 37 weeks. I delivered vaginally that day and our daughter was perfectly healthy. Since I did not fit in to any of the risk factors for abruption my Dr. could not determine a reason. I have since delivered two more healthy girls and am now pregnant with a fourth. I did have previa in the beginning of this pregnancy but it has since resolved. Hopefully she to will come with no further complications and be a healthy little girl!
