Sounds like a healthy breakfast and lunch to me! I LOVE cheese, too
and I just have to account for it, because I'm not cutting it out! I don't want you to push yourself so your feet are killing you! You have to take care of your poor little footsies, too
Just take it one goal at a time and don't beat yourself up if you can't get to any of the others. Each change is a GREAT one and should be celebrated!!!
I did awesome today and I hope I can tomorrow, too... I'm hoping to workout on Sat and Sun as well, so I won't kill my "diet" on Sunday when I have beer or wine, lots of appetizers, sub sandwiches and whatever else we have at our SuperBowl party
