What is your strongest food craving? and how strong is it? I've had cravings: arugula, mac and cheese, tomato sauce, potstickers, pickles, etc. Nothing I'd call "very" strong. Generally I've been craving fresh fruits/veggies.
Do you have a very strong aversion? I've been averse to meat for a few weeks, especially steaks/stews/roasts etc. I've been able to eat ground beef in recipes like lasagna more recently. My aversions have been stronger than my cravings.
Are either of these different from your normal diet? The things I craved were all things I normally like, I just thought about them more than usual and wanted them a little more. The aversions are very different because I usually love meat!
