Hope you're feeling better! I went through this about a month ago as well and bounced back within a week. I had this happen once with my other son and was making zero milk. The worst part was we were traveling, in a hotel room, and had to find an open convenience store in the middle of the night to buy him some formula since I wasn't making anything (and didn't have access to my frozen stash). But my supply returned after that too and we fed for another 5 months. Good luck!
