Shay is absolutely right. You just have to figure out your priorities. My house is a disaster but I'd rather spend time with my girls than clean. We split cleaning duties on the weekends. We always prepare bottles and set out outfits the night before so things are ready when we leave in the morning. It took DH and I a little while to get used to the routine when we had DD#1 and soon enough things will just go like clockwork in the morning. Our days and nights are even crazier after we had the twins, so we have to be even more organized with morning and bedtime routines.

Ask for help, don't worry about things being perfect, try to be prepared, and just take care of what is most important to you.
