Day 37

Losing track on my days now. Well I need a new plan now that I am done with the 30 Day Shred. I do have a half marathon training plan mapped out and am really, really close to committing to a full marathon. I just need a plan for what I am doing outside of running. Diet is going well. I will probably have to increase my calories as my mileage gets higher, but for now doing okay.

I really want to add in a regular routine of yoga and am struggling to find something that works for me. I have a Push ups & Abs dvd that I plan to start doing, but really want to find a yoga dvd. Anyhow, that's all for tonight.
